Palm Jebel Ali is an artificial island in Dubai, United Arab Emirates that is shaped like a palm leaf and is even twice the size of Palm Jumeirah. It is located in the Jumeirah area, not far from Dubai International Airport.
This island promises its residents and visitors a unique experience with the possibility of living in an exclusive environment combined with first-class amenities and beautiful scenery. With extensive beaches, yacht marinas, golf courses and luxury shops and restaurants, Palm Jebel Ali is the ideal location for those looking for the perfect combination of luxury and convenience in Dubai.
Palm Jebel Ali is a luxury project by Nakheel Properties with a redesigned development plan approved by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. The futuristic plan is to accommodate about 35,000 families. It is part of the D33 Dubai Economic Agenda, the completion date has not yet been announced. Adding 110km to Dubai's coastline, the islands' booming development plans are in line with the city's Dubai 2040 Master Plan, which aims to increase the number of public beaches by up to 400% by 2040. It will also feature the best infrastructure, facilities and sustainable development.
