Ritz Carlton Residences

On the Dubai Creek, a brand-new ultra-luxury development is called The Ritz-Carlton Residences. The first The Ritz-Carlton Residences in the UAE were built by MAG of Life, the Wellness Real Estate division of the Dubai-based MAG Group, in collaboration with Marriott International.

Within MAG's 'Keturah' Resort, a wellness-oriented development, is where The Ritz-Carlton hotel brand's residential property is situated. Only 10 mansions will be available at The Ritz-Carlton Residences, along with 2- and 3-bedroom apartments and penthouses. The Ritz Carlton will fully furnish and manage all real estate. Apartments start at 2,500 square feet, and all homes come with expansive views of the Dubai Water Canal and the lovely nature refuge Ras Al Khor.
